OUR SERVICES

Come enjoy a friendly, safe but challenging environment to workout. Somewhere where everyone has the same goal – to be happier about the way they look and feel, and to improve their quality of life. Take the first step and let us help you in your success!

In these classes you will learn how to properly weight train. Demonstration of exercises with proper form and technique are taught by the coaches every class. Workouts will include full body dynamic warm-ups followed by an extensive mobility section daily. Everyday the programming will include upper/ lower body, core and stability movements. Modifications to movements due to current ability will be addressed when needed. All members will be entered into the Omni Strength Certification Program at a Level 1. Members will advance at the coaches discretion.

Come learn how to swing a Kettle-bell. Coaches teach Russian Kettle-bell technique every Tuesday and Thursdays. Learning the basics of Kettle-bell’s is included in the Level 1 Omni Strength Certification Program. All members will be entered into the Omni Strength Certification Program at a Level 1. Members will advance at the coaches discretion.
